The Caddy team chose Grafana Cloud as an observability solution to accelerate root cause analysis and reduce MTTR. They addressed a server performance issue by fixing a goroutine leak and upgrading the buildworker server. The observability tools in Grafana Cloud will allow them to efficiently diagnose and treat issues as they arise.
